How many miles did yesterday cost you?
Send us yesterday's deliveries, in the order your drivers drove them. In about a minute you see how many miles and hours the same day would have taken in Raute, driver by driver. Free, no signup, nothing stored.
1. Yesterday's stops
A CSV or Excel export with an address and the driver for each stop, in the order they were driven. The first row should be the column names.
Or paste the rows instead
2. Where the day starts (optional)
Leave it empty and each driver starts at their first stop.
Only the address and driver of each stop are sent. Nothing is stored.
How the check works
- 1
Send yesterday's stops
Any CSV or Excel export with the address and the driver of each stop, in the order they were driven.
- 2
We plan the same day
Every address is placed on the map and the day is planned with the same optimizer Raute customers use every morning.
- 3
See what it cost
Miles and driving time as driven, against the same stops in Raute, for each driver and for the whole day.
The result is your own day, measured, not a promise from us. If the saving is small, the check says so.
Questions about the check
What file do I need?+
Any CSV or Excel file with one row per stop, an address (or street, city, state and ZIP columns) and the driver who made the stop. Exports from Route Manager, QuickBooks, Shopify or a plain spreadsheet all work. You can also paste the rows.
Do I need an account?+
No. The check is free and needs no signup. If you want the numbers by email, leave your name and email after the result.
Is my data stored?+
No. Only the address and driver of each stop are sent. The addresses are placed with the free US Census geocoder to work out the miles, and nothing is kept afterwards.
How are the miles measured?+
Both sides are measured the same way: estimated road miles between the stops, with the same drive time model Raute uses to plan. They are estimates, not trip meter readings, and because both sides use the same method the comparison between them is fair.
What if my drivers already drive a good order?+
Then the check says so. A driver whose order was already as good gets no saving, and the larger saving is often in which driver takes which stop, which the second figure shows.
How big a day can I check?+
Up to 200 stops and 25 drivers in one check, which covers a normal day for most teams of 2 to 40 drivers.
